UI Fixes

We've made some fixes to the UI as well as some other miscellaneous fixes.

• In-game buttons should now work as expected.
• Enemy health bars and hit text are behind other UI components.
• Game is paused on game over screen.
• Reset tutorial audio option in main menu settings.
